IJMB Application Procedures
Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) programme is an advanced-level course designed for students aiming to gain admission into Nigerian universities through Direct Entry (DE). Our programme spans nine (9) months, divided into two semesters, during which students receive comprehensive lectures from Monday to Friday, fully preparing them for the IJMB examination.
Dewise College of Basic and Remedial Studies takes pride in offering well-equipped classes that provide practical training, equipping students with the necessary skills to excel in the IJMB programme. Upon successful completion, students will be awarded the widely recognized and accepted IJMB certificate, opening doors to federal, state, and private universities both nationally and internationally.
Registration for IJMB is open to students with a minimum of five O’level credits, as well as those with a single deficiency or awaiting results. Step 2. Fill Application Form
Fill out the IJMB Application Form. Ensure that every information provided is accurate as inaccurate information could invalidate your application or admission. It is free!
Step 3. Make Payment
After filling your application form, you can proceed to pay the application fee sum of ₦7,250. This payment can be made through either DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT or ONLINE PAYMENT USING ATM CARD.

Step 4. Verify Payment
For applicants who made payment through DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT, you’re expected to upload proof of payment for verification (BANK TELLER or TRANSACTION RECEIPT). For applicants who made payment through ONLINE PAYMENT, your payment will be automatically verified, you can proceed to Step 5.
Step 3. Review & Admission
After submission, your application will be reviewed and processed. If you qualify, you will receive an instant admission notification. All admitted students are required to login to their Portal and Accept Admission within seven (7) days to avoid forfeiture.

IJMBE certificate are valid for 7 years compared to JAMB (UTME) that expires after a year.
